From the announcement on the IMSF forums:

This is an all pilot flying event.
There will be two classes; Novice and all others

Task will be man on man with a 14 minute flight time and a spot landing.
The twist is; if you are flying the novice class you can tag team with another novice pilot to fly as a team against the other pilot.
(First man launches and lands, second man launches and tries to finish the flight)

First we will being by drawing out of a hat then we will proceed onto different levels.
The pilot that hits 14 minutes with a landing, progresses to the next level,
or if he out flies his opponent before the 14 minute time and lands he will be able to progress to the next level.

The more pilots that show up for this event, the more fun we will have.
If you are eliminated from a level you have the opportunity to get in some
“fun-flying.”
But please be mindful of the other contestants.

Award will be given out to top pilots from this event.

LSF sign up sheets will be there and landing tapes will be set up to work on your first task.
