Use a Heli! (snik)

I had a prior commitment and wasn't able to attend the climb 'n glide. How did it turn out? I flew at the club field for about three hours later that afternoon. My landings are getting a bit better, but still a bit bouncy. The wind gusts helped to keep my ground speed down. My best landing of the day was when my engine cut out while on approach and my plane landed itself in the basin to the west of the field. My hopes were in the last bit of up elevator I gave it as it dropped below the berm out of sight. When I caught up with it, everything was intact and as far as I can tell, it didn't even bounce. Maybe I should just try the hands off dead-stick approach from now on.

I didn't make it either... being a landlord has created new requirements on my weekends!
