> Southwest Vintage R/C Festival July 29-30-31 Cedar City, Utah
> We are located in the heart of Color Country at an altitude of 5,800 feet. This is our second Vintage event, last year weather was just about perfect, near dead calm with a high in the upper 80s. It was suggested by one of last year’s participants that we incorporate a raffle this year, so that is what we are going to do.
> We will have over a $1,000.00 of kits and building supplies for the raffle.
Let it be known,
We had a small turn-out at the Sat egg drop but had a lot of fun anyway. (I did not do well with two planes down). First place was Dave Moore the only one inside the circle at 18’-5”. 2nd place went to Rick Marshall at just over 20’ , 3rd place went to Tom Winters grandson at 22’.
AIRPLANE RAFFLE: WINNING TICKET #760439 , and you won’t believe this but it was “Del Atkinson” again.
This is just a reminder to come out to the monthly meeting at the Clark Cushing Heritage Center.

Hey its time to charge up those batteries and turn on the lights, for this Saturday June 4th is our annual night fly.
Come and join us for a fun get-to-gather. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm followed by open flying until dark, when we turn on the lights.
To make sure we have the right amount of food would you RSVP with the number in your party.
The Club will be providing Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Ribs as the main course. If you could bring other food items to fill in the gaps, please do!
Please join us for our night fly on June 4th at the club field. Steve's
excellent smoked barbecue dinner will be served at 6 PM, however you are
welcome to come as early as you like to get some flying in before dark.
The dinner is a pot-luck, so please reply and let me know what you plan to
pitch in. Anything from drinks, to salad, to desert would be great to
bring and share. This is our big event each year when you should bring
your families and friends. Please give us a head's up on how many will be
in your group so we can plan for adequate food.
